Michelle Still Mehta, PhD is a management consultant and executive coach, with more than 25 years of experience helping leaders and organizations navigate strategic change and create healthy and effective workplaces. In her consulting practice, she utilizes organization development frameworks to promote the successful implementation of complex change initiatives. In her coaching practice, she works with leaders to bring their whole authentic selves to their roles and promote both personal and organizational effectiveness. Her experience spans work across large and small organizations in all three sectors: government, non-profit, and commercial industries.
Michelle’s coaching credentials include an ACC-level certification with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a CTCC credential from Coach Training Alliance. She is also certified to deliver and coach to the Hogan suite of leadership assessment tools.
Michelle holds a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University, a Master in Public Policy degree from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
As a volunteer, Michelle is an active advocate, writer, coach, and researcher on the topic of military spouse employment. She is passionate about helping fellow military spouses achieve and maintain meaningful working lives. She resides with her husband and two children in Northern Virginia.
