Prior to founding Capacity Group, Megan spent years inside large organizations building and leading teams that were focused on designing organizational change strategies; fostering leadership development; aligning organizational systems; and consulting with executives to achieve strategic objectives. Her own executive experience gives her a depth of perspective on the way Capacity Group designs client engagements.
Megan’s coaching and facilitation incorporates pragmatic tools and methods to drive reflection and action that build capacity for the leader, team and organization.
Megan received her MS in Applied Behavioral Science from Johns Hopkins University and achieved her certificate in leadership coaching from Georgetown University. Megan is on the faculty at Georgetown University and is a certified Professional Coach by the International Coaching Federation.
Megan is certified in a variety of personality instruments and 360 assessment tools including The Hogan, the Leadership Circle, MBTI, Leader Versatility Index and more.
