Megan has over 25 years of experience as a leadership coach and organization development consultant. Having spent the first part of her career in financial services, Megan brings real-world understanding to her client engagements, along with deep and broad experience through her consulting work across industries.
Prior to founding Capacity Group, Megan spent years inside large organizations building and leading teams focused on designing organizational change strategies. She also worked to foster leadership development, organizational alignment and consulted with executives to achieve strategic objectives. Her own executive experience gives her a depth of perspective which informs the way Capacity Group designs client engagements.
Megan’s passion for helping leaders and teams is evident in how she engages with clients, and in her pursuit to stay current on issues of leadership and organizational performance. Today’s leaders are called to transform, develop and grow their organizations and lead change. Embedded in this invitation is an underlying need for leaders to transform themselves. Megan believes in the ability of people to grow, evolve and change. She is adept at helping leaders and teams elevate their thought and behavioral habits and capabilities in order to succeed.
Megan received her MS in Applied Behavioral Science from Johns Hopkins University and her certificate in leadership coaching from Georgetown University. She is on the faculty at Georgetown University and is a Professional Certified Coach. Megan is also certified in many personality and leadership assessment instruments including the Leadership Circle, Hogan Suite, LVI, Growth Edge and more. Megan enjoys contributing to several non-profits through talent and treasure. She spends her free time reading, traveling, and playing sports with her husband, daughter and son.
