As a talent leader, Kym has over 20 years of coaching and consulting experience with a unique combination of progressive organizational development and marketing experience across diverse industries for global and domestic clients. As an executive coach, Kym has consistently been cited for her unique ability to support leaders in transition, which challenge and develop the “whole leader.” As a strategist, Kym has aligned leadership programs with business imperatives to assist in enhancing the career profiles of and retaining high potential talent with a particular emphasis on underrepresented identities within leadership.

Kym earned her Certified Executive Coaching credential from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC); is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is certified to administer the Center for Creative Leadership and The Leadership Circle (TLC), 360 feedback assessments. Kym, certified Supervisor having completed a Diploma in Coaching Supervision from London based, CSA Coaching Supervision Academy; she is also an adjunct professor at Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. Kym is an active member of the International Coach Federation, serves on the board of MESA Charter School, and is currently featured as an expert on the importance of feedback on leanin.org.
Kym enjoys indie movies, home design, reading, ice cream, and a great cup of coffee. Kym has traveled to 6 continents and has a black belt in Tae kwon do. She and her husband, Brian, are quite busy with sons, James (12) and John (10), and reside in Brooklyn, New York.
