Marcella joined Capacity Group in 2018, where she specializes in Client Engagement. She works closely with clients to develop and manage relationships by understanding their specific needs and identifying the resources required for project completion. Her goal is to provide an exceptional client experience, from implementation through ongoing support.
Before joining Capacity Group, Marcella started her career in Banking and Financial Services, concentrating on product development. Her role spanned many activities from strategic to tactical and required outstanding leadership, influence, innovation, and creativity to help clients execute their strategic direction. She worked directly with client sales teams to provide training, research support, and marketing assistance. This has made her a natural with her work at Capacity Group.
Later, Marcella worked in the Mortgage Industry after several years at home raising her family. In this role, Marcella managed and facilitated client experience and communication, maintaining business licenses, dispute resolution, vendor management, and project management. While her primary responsibility was to maintain all licensing requirements, manage audits, and oversee all special projects to adherence to proper business practices, she regularly interacted directly with clients to ensure that each enjoyed a stress-free and seamless financing transaction.
Marcella earned an MBA from the University of Baltimore with a concentration in Finance and a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management from Towson University. Marcella is certified in the interpretation, application, and advanced feedback of the Hogan Assessments, a psychometric tool aimed at predicting potential performance based on an individual’s strengths, weaknesses, values, problem-solving skills, working style, and attitudes. Marcella uses the application of various Hogan reports in a range of organizational settings, including talent selection and development, providing individual assessments and feedback, coaching and training, and building high performing teams.
Marcella spends her free time with her husband and three active boys either on the water or the ski slopes.
